Posted my resume on careerbuilder.com. When employers contact me...do I call them back to say not interested?

I've started getting a lot of calls in areas I'm not interested in. Should I pick up the phone and say I'm not interested or let it go to voicemail and not call them back? What is the etiquette in this situation?
