MUSCLE MILK QUESTION?

What if i do pushups, pull ups, and other non weighted workouts instead of weight lifting?(I temporarily have no access to a gym) Will the results be the same? I can do 25 pull ups nonstop and 60 pushups non stop. (I'm an upcoming junior in high school). If I split these workouts into sets and reps no higher than 15, will my muscles grow bigger or just tone them?
