Is Jose Tabata worth owning in a HTH Points League?

i would rather have tabata then abreu..your pitching staff is good i wouldn't drop anyone of them unless it is walden or farnsworth but i like holding at least 3 closers in h2h...if i was to drop someone on your team it would be abreu or delmon young ..i know tabata is in a slump but he will snap out of hit and be on another streak
