the fact that shes already blown you off a couple of times is misleading. so what id suggest is text or call her one more time, and have a serious conversation with her to try to figure her out, and see if shes actually interested; if she doesn't seem interested and talks to you coldly, give her the boot.. us girls can change our mind really fast, so she could have changed her mind about the message she sent you.
